Today we’re going to talk about how to hire your first Virtual Assistant in your Real Estate Wholesaling Business or your Virtual Wholesaling business or in your Wholesale Lease Option business.

As mentioned in the video, here’s some of the messages that we send as part of the interviewing process:

We are looking for someone to do an internet search for our Real Estate Investing business and enter the results of the search in a Google Doc spreadsheet. We will provide the websites that you need to visit and show you how to gather the data. You will then enter that data on a Google Spreadsheet that we provide.

Need to be fast and accurate. This is a one time project, but could lead to on-going work of a similar nature.

You should be familiar with Google Docs and well as searching and looking up data on the internet.

Thank you for your response. As you can imagine, I have received a number of excellent responses. I did like what I read about your background.

To narrow things down a little, I would like you to reply to this message with answers to the following questions. I will then select the 2 or 3 best candidates to interview over Skype.

Are you working for odesk clients or other clients now?

How quickly can you start? What hours can you commit to working each day (Monday through Friday)?
