Today we’re going to talk about how to hire your first Virtual Assistant in your Real Estate Wholesaling Business or your Virtual Wholesaling business or in your Wholesale Lease Option business.
As mentioned in the video, here’s some of the messages that we send as part of the interviewing process:
We are looking for someone to do an internet search for our Real Estate Investing business and enter the results of the search in a Google Doc spreadsheet. We will provide the websites that you need to visit and show you how to gather the data. You will then enter that data on a Google Spreadsheet that we provide.
Need to be fast and accurate. This is a one time project, but could lead to on-going work of a similar nature.
You should be familiar with Google Docs and well as searching and looking up data on the internet.

Job Description – Customer Service Representative
We are in the real estate business in the U.S.
We are looking for a customer service representative that will do the following:
* Call potential clients about properties they are selling.
* Listen to phone messages of incoming leads and transcribe the messages
* Follow up leads via phone (skype) or email to obtain additional information about the
property the client wishes to sell.
* Prepare flyers with information about properties we have available.
* Research the property in several databases (I will provide these) and create pdf’s of reports to upload to my customer database
All candidates must have the following
* Very fluent in writing and speaking english
* Knowledge of excel, gmail, and general ability to use windows based software
* Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real
estate investors or related type of businesses.
* I will provide scripts and training on all software and procedures.
* Very good internet connection and dependable computer
* Majority of the work will be done during business hours in US, so must be able to work then.
Need someone to start right away. Will start out part-time, looking for person to get to full-time once they get up to speed on what we are doing.
