Todd, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had success with the presentation.  The testimonial that you sent to me stated that it helped to give you confidence and credibility and to make presentations in a way that had been lacking in your business previously.  So I was unaware that you were having difficulty.  I'm more than happy to work with you more and help you to have more success. 

    And you're correct, I rarely use the presentation tool.  In the training course I mentioned to everyone that I prefer to just have a conversation with people and let things flow in a guided manner.  However, so many students prefer the confidence that they get from the guidance of a presentation tool that we added the one that Keith uses into the Leads to Deeds program.

  2. Todd this is Ray. Seems like are very disappointed in Richard Roop courses. Why? I was thinking about ordering.

  3. So you use the Leads to Deeds presentation? I said "YOUR" in home seller presentation, not someone else's. I really doubt that that you use the Leads to Deeds PowerPoint presentation with your sellers. In fact, I doubt that Cortney & Keith even use it with theirs! Maybe I'm wrong, but it sure don't work for me.

  4. I give my clients an entire "sales presentation in print" plus more, plus I reveal my best practices not only on this video but the other FAQ videos. We also have an entire training system called "Leads to Deeds: The Secrets to Persuasion & Influence with Sellers" which has a complete in home presentation tool. I also have a library of 100's of actual seller calls I have done which I share plus a series of training calls on every aspect of dealing with sellers on the phone and in the home.

  6. You act like you want to teach anyone & everyone to do what you do, but you don't offer the one thing that your students need to do what you do – your in home seller presentation. It doesn't make any sense. I don't think you actually want your students to ever be successful, or at least not as successful as you are, because then they would cease to be students, which would take away the income that you get from them.
